Coopers Collective FAQ

Q: I'm out of State, can I still sign up?

A. Yes! If you have someone in Colorado who can pick up for you, you can designate them as a Trustee and they can attend the quarterly release parties on your behalf. You can also travel to visit us. You have until the following release to pick up your quarterly release. This means travelling to Colorado for the Spring release party (Q2 Release) and Fall release party (Q4 release) would allow you to grab you beers in the allocated time periods of when pick-ups must be made.

Q: What happens if I don't pick up my Quarterly releases at the designated release party?

A. Members can additionally pick-up their releases in the Friends and Family taproom during regular taproom hours starting on the date and there after of the initial scheduled quarterly release. We require 48 hours advance notice so we can get your order ready for you to pick up.

Q: What happens if I don't pick up my Quarterly releases in the designagted time period?

A: Members have until the following quarterly release date to pick up their allocated purchases. Allocated purchases not picked up by the following quarterly release will forfeit their purchased bottles, due to our limited storage space and capacity to hold finished product. We will donate the bottles to a local Non-Profit of our choice.

Q: How does the Quarterly membership aspect work?

A: Cooper's Collective is a continuous quarterly subscription, members must opt out 30 days in advance of the next quarterly release date to no longer participate in the Coopers Collective.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: If you would like to cancel your membership, please reach out to our Membership Coordinator. Members must opt out 30 days in advance of the next quarterly release date to no longer participate in the Coopers Collective.

Q: How are additional bottles allocated?

A: Additional bottles are allocated on a first come first serve basis to members at our Membership Page, including the quarterly Membership Releases, Limited Distribution Releases which include Collaborations and Vintage Reserve Releases. If there is excess bottles left over after a quarterly release, some bottles may be allocated to our taproom or used for beer dinners and events.
